1. 1. SpinsUp launches Jackpot Drops (hereinafter - Promo), which includes 3 jackpot levels - MINOR, MAJOR & PRIME.
2. 2. Initial values of jackpot levels:
   • Prime - €400,000
   • Major - € 500
   • Minor - €50
3. 2.1. The increase in the current amount of the jackpot level depends on the size of the participants' bets, while no additional costs will be charged to the player to participate in the Promo.
4. 3. The player automatically takes part in the Promo if they meet all the requirements (3.1. - 3.3.).
5. 3.1. Only the registered SpinsUP players with at least 1 successful deposit are allowed to participate in the Promo.
6. 3.2. The Promo is only available to the players who have reached the age of 18 (or more).
7. 3.3. The Promo is not available to the players from the countries where bonuses are not allowed.
8. 4. Qualifying bets are those that meet all the requirements (4.1. - 4.3.):
9. 4.1. Only real money bets are contributing to the Jackpot Drops promotion
10. 4.2. Bets starting from 50 EUR inclusively (or fiat money equivalent).
11. 4.3. Bets placed on qualifying games.
12. 5. List of qualifying games – will be displayed in the Jackpot Drops page
13. 5.1. The list of qualifying games for the Promo may vary depending on the availability of the game in the geo where the player is playing.
14. 5.2. Games can be added or removed from the qualifying games list.
15. 5.3. SpinsUp reserves the right not to notify about the addition and/or removal of qualifying games from the list.
16. 6. The winner is selected at random at any time.
17. 7. The prize is awarded to the winner in the form of a bonus automatically as the winner is determined.
18. 7.1. The winner must activate the bonus within 3 days after delivery.
19. 7.2. The bonus can be activated in the player's account.
20. 8. Bonuses have no wagering requirement.
21. 9. After activating the bonus, the amount of the winnings is credited to the player's balance in real money.
22. 10. Winnings are available for withdraw.
23. 10.1. The current casino limits of withdraw are applied to Jackpot Drops winnings.
24. 11. The winner will receive a notification from the Casino (Casino notification) about winning each level.
25. 12. The winner will receive an email message confirming that they have won the Prize (Jackpot).
26. 12.1. Only the players who are subscribed to the SpinsUp newsletters receive emails.
27. 13. The current jackpot levels are displayed at the top of the screen in real time during the entire Promo period for the players included in the jackpot drawing.
28. 13.1. The display of the current amounts may have a delay of up to 15 seconds.
29. 13.2. The running amounts displayed may differ from the actual winnings due to rounding.
30. 14. The payment of the Promo winnings is carried out by SpinsUp.
31. 14.1. The jackpot fund is formed entirely from the SpinsUp funds.
32. 14.2. The winnings do not affect the RTP of the qualifying games.
33. 15. SpinsUp reserves the right to confiscate account funds and / or freeze accounts in accordance with the SpinsUp General Terms and Conditions.
34. 16. Any winnings may be verified by SpinsUp and / or the Promo software provider. All decisions are final with no correspondence conducted.
35. 17. By participating in the Promo at SpinsUp, all participants are deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions. All SpinsUp Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with these Terms and Conditions and the Bonus Terms & Conditions.
36. 18. SpinsUp assumes no responsibility for any system, hardware or connection problems that may affect any end user.
37. 19. In case of communication failure with SpinsUp, the Promo may become unavailable.
38. 20. The player accepts this agreement and all of its clauses.
39. 21. SpinsUp reserves the right to make changes to the rules of the Promo and its parameters.
40. 22. SpinsUp reserves the right to cancel the Promo at any time.
